These terms apply to any quote, booking or work carried out by All Floors & Bathrooms (“we”, “us”), based in Dunleer, Co. Louth, Ireland. By requesting a quote or booking work with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes
All quotes are free and provided following an in-person site visit wherever possible. Quotes are fixed in writing and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Any change in scope requested after work has started will be agreed with you in writing before proceeding.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
Once a quote is accepted, we’ll agree a start date together. We aim to honour agreed dates; where unavoidable delays occur (illness, weather, supply issues), we will notify you as early as possible.
3. Materials
We can supply and fit materials, or fit materials you have purchased yourself (fit-only). Where we supply materials, this is included in your fixed quote. Where you supply materials, we are not responsible for defects in materials not fitted by us, but will advise if something looks unsuitable before fitting.
4. Payment
Payment terms (including any deposit) will be agreed and confirmed in writing as part of your quote before work begins.
5. Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If a defect in our workmanship becomes apparent after completion, contact us and we will inspect and remedy it at no additional cost, in line with our stated workmanship guarantee.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booked job by giving us as much notice as possible via WhatsApp or phone. Repeated late cancellations may affect future availability.
7. Liability
We carry full insurance for our work. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
